Shipping and Handling for US addresses, add $3.00 for 1st book and $1.25 for each additional.  International mailing, add $8.00 (US) for the 1st book and $2.00 for each additional book.

Prices are valid through September 2010.  ASV & COVA members, libraries and schools are entitled to a 20% discount.  Discounts will be applied and shipped with order once membership is verified.   Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
