10:00 am to 4:00 pm on the second Saturday of each month.  Group tours (10+) are by appointment only.

Please be aware that we are an all volunteer group and sometimes schedules change.  Best to call ahead. 

Typical tours: 

At least 45 minutes in length and begin at the visitor center.  The visitor center and manor house are not handicapped accessible.

• Kittiewan Plantation is located 30 minutes east of Richmond and 30 minutes west of Williamsburg just off Route 5 (John Tyler Memorial Highway) on Route 619 (Weyanoke Road) in Charles City.

• From Richmond and I-64, take the Providence Forge Exit (Route 155), continue 12 miles toward Charles City and Route 5. At Route 5, turn left - proceed to Route 619 which will lead you to Kittiewan.

• From Williamsburg and Highway 199, follow signs to Route 5 west (John Tyler Highway). Proceed Route 5 West to Route 619.
